We know that investing in your people and their development needs to be assessed with great caution, and that thorough review into your business needs, challenges and expected return on investment, are all hot topics in your leadership meetings. That’s why our tried and tested capability partnering process works in 5 simple steps here:
1. Research
We conduct a deep dive analysis with detailed research of your organisation’s values, vision, strategy, employee lifecycle and capability priorities. We engage employees with surveys and interview key leadership and stakeholders to understand your business.
2. Design Solution
We design a tailored CliftonStrengths based learning programme for you. We engage the contributions of a motivated committee, who are well placed to champion the programme with colleagues, throughout the launch and adoption of Strengths, and are paramount to aiding Strengths become “usual business” as a way of working. Early phase is topline design, including learning objectives, mapped to strategy and vision. We co-design learning interventions in a 70:20:10 adult learning approach – i.e. 70% learning on-the-job, 20% from others, and 10% formal learning.

We use a mixture of face-to-face facilitated workshops, self-driven CliftonStrengths resources and virtual TEAMS sessions. This means we can maximise participant engagement and equally embed bite-sized learning, that is economical for your business and keeps the programme moving forward. It’s the adult learning 70:20:10 principles of formal learning, sharing peer-to-peer learning, and on-the-job learning.
