Are you an accredited CliftonStrengths coach?

Yes, I am a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, having completed the rigorous certification process through Gallup. This ensures I have the expertise to properly interpret your results and guide you through meaningful strengths development.

What's the difference between talents and strengths?

Talents are your natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Strengths are talents that have been developed through knowledge, skills, and practice. Our coaching helps you transform your natural talents into productive strengths.

How long does the CliftonStrengths assessment take?

The initial assessment typically takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. It consists of 177 paired statements where you choose which statement best describes you, with a 20-second time limit per question to capture your instinctive responses. The assessment is designed to capture your first response – so go with your gut!

What happens after I complete the assessment?

You’ll receive a personalised CliftonStrengths report with your top 34 themes. We’ll then walk through the debrief session where we explore what these themes mean for you, how they show up in your life and work, and create an action plan for development.
