Leveraging Input strengths with CliftonStrengths

Check out my BEFORE and AFTER, as a result of a recent 6 week challenge……..well at least the actual BEFORE, and a metaphorical AFTER library shot, which centres on magnifying the Gallup Strength of #Input.

If you have Input in your Top 10, or work with someone that does, it will pay to know that people with high Input talent are curious, crave information and often collect ideas, books, facts, quotes, or even relationships!

They’re constantly acquiring new knowledge, with a hunch that it will be invaluable in the future.

đź”® You’ll recognise them in your life as people who seem to know something about MANY areas. An awareness of my recent blind spot in input – unrestrained info/ideas without organised filing and archiving, led me to complete a 6 week self-directed challenge of refining key topics that are now far more easily accessible.
