HALF DAY WORKSHOP (EXAMPLE 3 HOUR SESSION)
Timing: 9am-12pm OR 1pm-4pm
What is CliftonStrengths: Articulate what Strengths-based development is and how it increases engagement at work and personal quality of life.
Self: Gain awareness of their individual Top 10 Strengths and how they can start applying their talents towards future goals. Multiple fun interactive activities
Others: Understand foundations of the power of partnerships/collaborations using Strengths and Team Grid. The team will learn how to use a common language for accelerated connection and results. A Team building activity highlights strengths in action and a facilitated debrief of the team’s experience.
Collaboration: The team maps out a plan using Top 5 Strengths towards an upcoming goal.
+ Post workshop feedback survey to measure ROI.
FULL DAY WORKSHOP (EXAMPLE 7 HOUR SESSION)
Timing: 9am-4pm OR alternate 7hr period
